[T/N: The term is ママ友, literally meaning 'Mother-Friend'. It's like those women who you're freinds with, with the only thing you have in common being that you both have kids. For ease, I've translated it is 'Mum-friend', but I thought I'd clarify what that is!]1. Anonymous 2018/10/22(Mon) 12:46:69
It was the first woman who talked to me at the beginning of the kindergarten day, the particular mum-friend. She constantly whined about certain things and so I put a distance between us, but at the exact same time, whenever I'd make friends with a mum-friend who I got on with better, she'd always talk about how I 'wasn't being very freindly' lately.
I wonder if she took it badly that I seperated myself from her a bit... But then she told other mum-friends not to be friends with me. Ugh, so annoying.

This is exactly why I don't want mum-friends.

9. Anonymous 2018/10/22(Mon) 12:49:18Of course, there are mum-friends who badmouth others. As much as possible, try not to form a connection with them. Because let's face it, they're probably bad mouthing you, too.

14. Anonymous 2018/10/22(Mon) 12:50:47At the kindergarten, it's not like there's a 'group' of mum-friends, more like organisation by school year. And everyone calls everyone by their surnames, like 'Tanaka-Chan~~'. So weird...
